1. Who is responsible

The Event is operated and promoted by TikTok ("TikTok", "we", "us"). TikTok determines the purposes and means of the processing described on this page, unless stated otherwise in the Event privacy notice.

For on-site delivery, TikTok is supported by PK Entertainment as event organiser and by other Event Partners, who process data only on instructions of TikTok and for Event purposes.

2. What we collect

12.1 TikTok will collect and process Personal Data reasonably necessary to manage participation and logistics for the Event.

• Name and/or stage name, and the relevant TikTok username/handle.
• Contact details, such as email address and phone number.
• Country of residence/market of origin.
• Dietary requirements and accessibility needs.
• Travel and accommodation details, including required travel documents.
• Proof of age or identity, where required.
• Event photo/video documentation (see section 11 of this page).

3. Why we use it

12.2 TikTok and Event Partners may use Personal Data for Event administration, logistics (including travel and venue access), safety, communication, prize fulfilment, and operation of the Event.

Data is also used to verify eligibility, manage credentials and attendance, and share official Event information through the communication channels designated by TikTok.

4. Who we share it with

12.3 TikTok may share Personal Data with Event Partners and service providers where necessary for Event logistics and operations.

• Production team, venue, and security providers.
• Check-in vendor and Event operations partners.
• Travel agency, airlines, hotels, and transport providers.
• Livestream/production vendors, including media partners helping to publicise the Event.
• TikTok affiliates and sponsor partners to the extent needed to deliver the Event.

5. Transfers outside your country

12.4 Your Personal Data may be processed in countries other than where you reside and/or where the Event takes place. TikTok will take the steps required by applicable law for each cross-border transfer.

6. If required data is not provided

12.5 If required Personal Data is not provided, you may be unable to take part in some or all Event activities. TikTok may also be unable to include you, or may withdraw your nomination or access, where information reasonably needed for eligibility, safety, travel, venue access, legal compliance, or production is unavailable.

7. Legal basis

12.6 Personal Data is processed in accordance with the applicable Event privacy notice, the relevant local TikTok Privacy Policy, and applicable law. The Event privacy notice identifies the relevant controller, purposes, legal bases, data categories, recipients, retention criteria, transfer safeguards, rights, and contact channels.

TikTok may rely on performance of the Terms, legitimate interests, legal obligations, protection of vital interests, and consent where consent is required.

8. How long we keep it

12.7 TikTok will keep Personal Data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described on this page, including Event administration and logistics. Afterwards data is kept only as needed to comply with applicable law, resolve disputes, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, and is then deleted or anonymised in line with applicable TikTok retention practices and legal obligations.

9. Your rights and contact channels

12.8 You can exercise applicable data protection rights through the contact channels stated in the Event privacy notice. These may include rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

10. Sensitive data and emergencies

12.9 Where permitted by law and necessary for safety, accessibility, or logistics, TikTok and Event Partners may process information about diet, allergies, disabilities, health, and other sensitive information. TikTok will obtain explicit consent where required.

In an emergency, relevant information may be disclosed to medical, security, venue, transport, insurance, or public authorities where reasonably necessary to protect someone or comply with law.

11. Public recordings and livestreams

12.10 The Event may be public, livestreamed, or recorded. Images, voices, statements, and participation information included in public materials may be viewed, copied, or redistributed globally by third parties, and TikTok cannot control third-party use after lawful publication.

Under clause 11 of the official document, participants and nominees understand that they may be filmed, photographed, and/or recorded in connection with the Event and Campaign Activities (including pre-event, press events, rehearsals, red carpet, audience, and the main event), and consent to the use of that footage for Event purposes.

12. Changes and language versions

21.1 This privacy information may be updated where reasonably necessary, for example due to legal requirements or operational needs. The latest version is always shown on this page together with its last updated date.

20.4 This page is provided in Indonesian and English as part of the Event Terms; both versions are intended to have the same meaning. To the extent permitted and required by law, the English version prevails if there is a discrepancy. If there is any difference with the official TikTok document, the official document applies.
